Jay-Z is not going to buy a $6.5 million penthouse in New York afterall. And the man who thought he had a deal to sell Jay-Z the penthouse is going to sue two of his neighbors, claiming they sabotaged the deal.
Jay-Z didn't say why he's pulling out of the sale, but Peter Arnell says he knows why. Arnell is the seller. He claims two of his neighbors put notices around the building calling attention to what was described as Jay-Z's "criminal record and his lifestyle of knives, guns and violence."
Neither Jay-Z nor the neighbors are saying anything about the issue. According to the Associated Press, Arnell and his wife are moving into a Weschester mansion they bought from music executive Tommy Mottola.
